On September 11, 2001, our nation received a devastating blow by an evil known as terrorism. This brief pictorial accounting of the events of that day will remain on our site, so that we will never forget the 343 brave FDNY personnel and the thousands of other innocent individuals who lost their lives on that day. We know, first hand, that families, friends and colleagues miss them everyday of their lives.

The International Association of Hispanic Firefighters works everyday on behalf of all firefighters - men and women, so that they remain safe and return home to their families, wherever that may be.
